What happens in a room, who it is for, and where to start.

What is Product Garage?

We bring a founder’s real company roadblock into a working session with product, marketing and sales operators. They work through the options with the founder, then share a recommendation. The founder keeps the decision.

Who is it for?

Founders can bring a roadblock. People who build, market or sell products can join Product Garage to hear about future rooms and apply for a seat when one opens.

What kind of roadblock can I bring?

A live decision you own, such as product, pricing, positioning, growth, hiring or a launch that has stalled. A short explanation of what is stuck and why it matters now is enough to start the conversation.

What happens after I send a roadblock?

Our organising team reads it and gets in touch to discuss whether a room is a good fit. If it goes ahead, we shape the brief with you. You approve what is shared with the selected operators.

Does joining mean I have a seat in a room?

No. Joining puts you on the email list for news of future rooms. You can also request an invitation to the WhatsApp community. When a room opens, you can apply for a seat.

Do I need to be in Dublin?

Our working sessions currently take place in Dublin. You can read the insights and join the email list from elsewhere. The 20-minute introductory call is by video.

Who sees my information?

Our organising team reads enquiries. For a room, selected operators receive the brief you have approved. We agree separately with the founder before publishing anything from their session. See the privacy notice for how we handle form and booking details.

Do I have to follow the room’s recommendation?

No. The room offers outside judgement and a clearer view of your options. What you do next is your decision.
